2. DIY PLUS option.

Transformational change begins with 13 weeks.

The program breaks down a transformation into deliberately short and simple steps. This gives you three months of consistent, deliberate activity, the minimum time needed for lasting change to set in, but avoids having your time and budget - not to mention head space! - overloaded.

Your goal with this program shouldn't be to cram everything into a single three-month timeline. Aim to focus on one major topic and make one change at a time. Then you can go back work out what areas need more time and what should be a focus for later. Most transformations are years-long projects, implemented in many stages.

Obviously, if you go too slowly and skip stages, you won't see much by way of results, so the approach you should take is to push yourself a little harder, aim a little higher and start a little sooner than you think you can manage.
